Hon. Christian calls for death penalty, blasted UK for its abolition!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - It was on May 12, 2017, during the continuation of the House of Assembly (HoA) that Hon. Archibald C. Christian (AL), the Junior Minister for Tourism questioned whether keeping the death penalty on the Territory's books would have been a good deterrent for crime.
