Henry O. Creque alleges unfair treatment in bid process by BVIEC
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Former Deputy General Manager of the BVI Electricity Corporation (BVIEC) and owner of Creque’s Engineering Services, Mr Henry O. Creque has disputed public statements by the General Manager of BVIEC, Mr Leroy A. E. Abraham, that no local companies submitted bids for the Hybrid Renewable Energy System (HRES) on Anegada.
