DUFF'S BOTTOM, Tortola, VI – Local and tourist boaters in the Virgin Islands (VI) have been urged to not empty their holding tanks within 1000 metres of the VI’s shores, over concerns about the aggressive Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease (SCTLD).

Wheatley (R9), as he detailed that an emerging disease scientists are calling Stony Coral Tissue Loss Disease (SCTLD), which attacks living tissues of corals eventually leading to their death, has reached the Virgin Islands.
