ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- For three weeks, the Virgin Islands will see a restriction on scooters, bikes and three-wheel vehicles during 5:00 pm to 5:00 am daily.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Amid comments on social media that the COVID-19 lockdown in the Virgin Islands had brought a relief from the noise of altered motor scooter mufflers throughout roads in the Virgin Islands, former premier and medical doctor, Dr D. Orlando Smith has gone a step further to offer some word of advice to motor scooter riders.
