ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Committee heading up the commemorative activities to mark the death anniversary of former Chief Minister H. Lavity Stoutt has called on citizens and residents of the territory to come out to the activities given the great contribution he made to the Virgin Islands and its history.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The life of the late Chief Minister Hamilton Lavity Stoutt is remembered today March 5, 2012 at a celebration being held in the first District where he had served as district representative and was buried following his death in 1995.
