WEST END, Tortola, VI- The inconvenience to many persons in West End and Jost van Dyke and the hardship on affected businesses have been lifted with the reopening of the West End Ferry Port, thanks to the construction of a temporary facility to house officers of the Immigration Department, Her Majesty’s Customs and Treasury.
