CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI— The [US] Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) is searching for 29-year-old Jabaar Mactavious in connection with the homicide of Shaq’kil Roberts that occurred on April 16, 2020, in the Tutu area of St Thomas, US Virgin Islands (USVI).
