Premier inks $200M deal for Norman Island development

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Government of the Virgin Islands (VI) today, November 22, 2018, inked a Development Agreement worth in excess of $200M, with Audubon Holdings, to develop Norman Island as an environmentally conscious, luxury residential and tourist destination.
