VI & USVI unite to join ‘world’s largest’ HR association
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Virgin Islands and the US Virgin Islands have collaborated to join what is regarded as the largest Human Resources industry professional association in the world, the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Estimated $2.9M paid towards 2017 increments so far- Gov’t HR
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The Virgin Islands (VI) Department of Human Resources had announced that a two-phase approach will be employed for the completion of 2018 increment payments for the 2017 work year, with an estimated $2.9M already paid, however, some employee reports are still pending for payments.

The Human Resources Department participated in the Caribbean Examination Council (CXC) meeting and is now equipped with the knowledge of qualifications offered by CXC to build skills for the Territory’s workforce.
