Daya, Executive Director of Marine and Port Operations, Port Development and Itinerary Planning for Disney Fantasy cruise line, who arrived in the territory to assess the territory on its readiness to accept the Disney Fantasy, expressed that he is pleased with the progress but indicated that there are some safety concerns that need to be resolved before his cruise line can return.
