ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Retired civil servant and respected talk show host Mr Doug Wheatley recently recalled that the Virgin Islands did not have a lot of money in the 1950s and 60s but there were lots of love among the people and things were going well, “and people were not hungry because we used to share.
