CAPOON'S BAY, Tortola, VI- There seems to be no end to the discomfort faced by students and teachers of the tent school at Capoon's Bay Basketball Court on Tortola.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – A disgruntled caller to the 3D Show on Friday September 1, 2017 expressed frustration with government for not correcting the long standing issue in Josiah’s Bay where the bay was damaged a few years back by flooding.
