Jamaican given 4 days imprisonment for overstaying in Territory
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Jamaican national Kerisha T. Campbell, 28, was sentenced to 4 days in prison and fined a total of $450 after she pleading guilty today January 18, 2013 to the charge of remaining in the Territory beyond the period granted.

Last HC assizes “fairly well run”- Office of DPP
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - The last High Court (HC) Assizes, which closed on April 3, 2012, was fairly well run, according to Senior Crown Counsel Sarah Benjamin who noted there was good participation from the various authorities, including police, court staff, prison officers and the Social Development Department.
