In today’s world many types of security measures have been introduced for the protection and security of nations, governments, businesses and individuals. One of the IDS required by government and businesses is usually a picture ID and in some banks here in the Virgin Islands two picture IDs may be required.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- A concern that members of the public have raised before- banks refusing to accept a National Health Insurance (NHI) card as a form of identification- was brought to the House of Assembly on March 1, 2017 by Minister for Health and Social Development, Hon Ronnie W.
