No more kissing of babies! Governor Duncan attacks NDP Gov't
BALSAM GHUT, Tortola, VI – The National Democratic Party (NDP) Government did not see it coming and neither did many in the Virgin Islands but Governor John S. Duncan OBE, who has long been accused of being lenient on Government and has failed to act while it continues to violate the Virgin Islands Constitution, especially where the management of the Territory’s finances are concerned, publicly dealt the Government of the day some heavy blows yesterday, February 13, 2017.
