UPDATE: Police investigating circumstances in boating death
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Police are looking into the circumstances surrounding a boating incident which resulted in injuries to the boat captain and the death of the only passenger, Chaim Todman, 34, of Johnson Ghut, in Jost Van Dyke yesterday afternoon.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – An arrest warrant has been issued for Chaim Annick Todman, who is one of three persons facing the Magistrate’s Court for allegedly conspiring to supply cocaine to another and landing in the Territory without leave from an Immigration Officer.
