Leaked letters show pressure from FCO for independent Recovery Agency
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- While some backbenchers, residents and civil society are not sure what is in the amended Virgin Islands Recovery and Development Agency Bill 2018, letters unearthed from senior National Democratic Party (NDP) sources show pressure from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) over the Bill.
