CARROT BAY, Tortola, VI- With many harsh but often fair criticisms being made over this year’s Virgin Islands Emancipation Festival, including that it has become too political, Minister for Education and Culture Hon Myron V. Walwyn has called for involvement from the public as to what festivals should be like.
