ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Jaime Scatliffe appeared before Magistrate Ayana Baptiste-DaBreo yesterday June 3, 2016 charged with landing in the territory without leave of immigration officer, failing to declare monies over $10,000 and for having suspected proceeds of criminal activity.
