ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Retired fisherman and boat captain Kevin Gray told a gathering of fishermen yesterday May 9, 2016 that the industry must not only look out for those doing large commercial fishing, but the traditional and cultural fisherman who supplies persons in his specific village.
