ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Francisco Alberto Martinez appeared unrepresented before Magistrate Ayana Baptiste-DaBreo today April 6, 2016 charged with the offence of driving without due care and attention contrary to Section 30 of the Road Traffic Act.
