UPDATE: Jacqueline E. Vanterpool appointed first female Superintendent of Police
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- It was in February of this year that Virgin Islands News Online first and accurately reported that local female police officer, Jacqueline E. Vanterpool was tipped to fill the vacant position of Superintendent of Police left by the retired M. Roy Stoutt.

Malone and Reynell Frazer for allegedly not grooming a local person in the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) to succeed them when they would have retired.
