Hon Melvin 'Mitch' Turnbull shelves NHI comparative study
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Representative of the Second District Honourable Melvin 'Mitch' Turnbull has shelved a study he had announced he was undertaking to compare and contrast the benefits of the National Health Insurance (NHI) as against private insurance coverage.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Managing Director of Caribbean Insurers Limited (CIL) Brian W. Jermyn said that while a fee schedule has been agreed upon between the insurance industry and the government for use with the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHI), it is unclear what the prices for top up plans will be as healthcare providers may charge more than what the scheme covers.
