Kevin Henley indicted on bulk cash smuggling charge in USVI

CHARLOTTE, AMALIE, St Thomas, USVI — Kevin Henley, a resident of Tortola, [British] Virgin Islands, is to appear in court in St Thomas, USVI on Thursday November 12, 2015 after allegedly being found with a quantity of undisclosed cash in October.
