Dept of Youth Affairs not quite meeting needs of youth- Brenda Lettsome-Tye

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Acting Director of Youth Affairs and Sport Mrs Brenda Lettsome-Tye has announced that in order to better meet the needs of youth ages 15-29, a number of steps have been taken to restructure the department and its programmes.
