‘Non-traditional’ contract signed for NHI with JIPA Network

Skelton and Director of Social Security Ms Antonine Skelton confirmed with reporters earlier today, October 1, 2015 that the selecting of the association of health care providers JIPA Network as part of executing the National Health Insurance (NHI) programme was not done through the regular tender process.
