ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- When the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) graduating class of 2019 gathers in the Multi-Purpose Sport Complex in Road Town, Tortola, today June 13, 2019, among the 97 graduands will be aspiring Accountant Daniella P. Mourillon, this year’s top student.
