Oops! What happened here? Small SUV stuck on Manuel Point
MANUEL POINT, Sea Cows Bay, Tortola, VI- Today, January 21, 2017 while our roving camera was heading West around 2:00 P.M., we observed a small SUV stuck on a steep hill in the Manuel Point area of Sea Cow's Bay, on the main island of Tortola.
