ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Young businesswoman and educator Ms Sharie B. de Castro and musician Raul ‘Jugo’ Sprauve will on Thursday April 30, 2015 host a public event called ‘Word on the Street, during which they hope to chart a common vision for the Virgin Islands. The event will take place at 6:00pm in the parking lot of the One Stop Mall in Road Town.
