‘All Magistrate's Court matters deferred this week’ – court staff
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – All matters slated to be heard in the Magistrates’ Court for this week have been deferred to “either next week or early February,” according to a front desk staff at the John’s Hole Magistrates’ Court yesterday January 20, 2016.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Magistrate’s Court today July 3, 2015 adjourned all of the cases coming before it following a malfunctioning of the air conditioning system which could not be fixed following several minutes of attempts by technical staff.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – It was a long discussion among several persons gathered at the Magistrate’s Court in John’s Hole yesterday afternoon, March 16, 2015 as they waited for over an hour after the scheduled 2:00pm start. The topic was about the sudden restricted parking rules in the fenced space of the court.
