Water improvements on Tortola-Hon Vanterpool, Biwater vindicated!

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - In what many described as a new day in the vindication of water and sewerage giant Biwater, Minister for Communications and Works Honourable Mark H. Vanterpool (R4) has told the people that there are water improvements on the main Island of Tortola.
