2014 has come to an end. What does 2015 promise? The following is a continuing series of articles on the importance of national vision to the Virgin Islands. 2015 promises to be a politically charged year, leading to a General Election in early 2016. A national vision is a grand idea. It is a panorama of the national mindset. It is a picture in the heart of the citizen and resident, of El Dorado, the land of milk and honey. And the national vision is often best expressed in art, poetry, song, dance, and colorful prose.
