‘DDM too dependent on external funding’ – 2013 report

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Department of Disaster Management (DDM) in its annual report for 2013 stated that one of the challenges that it has faced during the year under review is that it relies heavily on external funding for its programme work.
