EAST END, Tortola, VI- About three weeks ago when a group of residents of the East End Community of Tortola, Virgin Islands, decided to get together to organise the usual street parade, they were faced with a barrage of challenges, among which was that of persons doubting their ability to make it happen.

EAST END, Tortola, VI – While some saw it as another few hours of fun and frolic, many families expressed disappointment in at what was to be the East End Parade for the festival activities on that side of the island of Tortola.
