ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Preliminary Inquiry (PI) into the breach of trust charges against Brian Henley and Clarence Fahie has hit a snag because the Crown is waiting on the telephone transcripts from the United Kingdom before they can proceed, according to Principal Crown Counsel Tiffany Scatliffe.
Immigration Officer slapped with 14 counts of breach of trust
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI –Immigration Officer Brian Henley reappeared in the Magistrate’s Court at John’s Hole on Monday November 14, 2011 to hear that the charges of breach of trust against him have been multiplied by 7.
