Officer Gilbert testifies in Nyron Erickson's case

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Police Constable Stephan Gilbert of the Marine Unit of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force told the Magistrate’s Court today, May 5, 2014 that he was thrown from the Police vessel named 'The Defender' as he was conducting an assignment in the vicinity of Smugglers Cove, on August 28, 2013.
