Premier Wheatley lauds CARICOM’s support for VI & other Associate Members
PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad & Tobago- Premier of the [British] Virgin Islands Dr the Hon Natalio D. Wheatley (R7) has praised CARICOM for its renewed commitment to the [British] Virgin Islands and other Associate Members on the occasion of the regional body’s 50th anniversary.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The [British] Virgin Islands (VI) has called for the Associate Members of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) to continue to be included in the regional organisation’s COVID-19 response and future initiatives aimed at post-pandemic recovery.
VI reps 14 Associate Members of ECLAC @ meeting on Sustainable Development
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The [British] Virgin Islands (VI) has represented the 14 Associate Member Countries (AMCs) of ECLAC during a virtual dialogue with the Chair of the UN regional body Costa Rica, facilitated by ECLAC’s Office of the Secretary as a part of preparations for the IV Forum of the Countries of Latin America and the Caribbean on Sustainable Development that will take place from March 15-18, 2021.
CARICOM: More Dialogue to Come on Martinique and Guadeloupe

Following Martinique Regional Council President Serge Letchimy’s historic visit to the CARICOM Heads of Government conference in St Vincent this year, CARICOM is continuing to explore the possibility of accepting Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guiana as associate members.
