ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Attorneys for Former Managing Director of the BVI Ports Authority Vincent V. O’Neal on February 3, 2016 filed a number of legal applications in the Supreme Court regarding his claim for monies owed as he continues to seek redress against his former employer.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI: Testifying before the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) former Managing Director of the BVI Ports Authority Vincent V. O’Neal made some serious allegations over instructions given to him to pay out $3 Million of the Ports Authority funds for piles for a Cruise Ship Project that was not yet approved by the Authority's Board or the Government of the Virgin Islands.
