Be friendly yet firm & fair – Premier Fahie to new RVIPF constables
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI- Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable Andrew A. Fahie (R1) has called on the 14 new officers of Cohort 4 of the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) to be friendly, yet firm and fair.

(CNS): Civil servants have told the Office of the Complaints Commissioner (OCC) that they are extremely reluctant to report wrongdoing in government due to significant fears of reprisals against them and their families and believe that no one is ever punished or held accountable, even when reports are made about wrongdoing.
