Local Hakim T. Creque is Virgin Gorda’s 1st full-time magistrate
VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI- Mr Hakim T. Creque has been appointed Magistrate by His Excellency, the Governor Daniel Pruce with effect from March 5, 2024, in accordance with Section 95 of the Virgin Islands Constitution Order, 2007.
Local A. Hermia Tench-Donovan becomes first female Maritime Barrister in VI
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Virgin Islander Mrs Allison Hermia Tench- Donovan, at attorney at O'Neal Webster, was called to practice as a Barrister of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC) in the Virgin Islands on March 1, 2022, becoming one of the newest members of the local bar and the first female Barrister focusing on Maritime Law.
