VI to access "Climate Change Funds"
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - By adopting the policy on climate change implemented by a group of local Environmental Officers, the Virgin Islands (VI) is said to be the first in the Caribbean to adopt such a strategy which will then make available vast funds provided by the European Union (EU) that is limited only to countries who have in place a policy on climate change.
