ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- International chef Fed Federer is in the Virgin Islands and although he doesn't intend to underestimate the local chefs he will be coming up against, he and his wing-man and Junior Chef Champion Ariq Flax-Clarke are upbeat about the upcoming cookouts during BVI Restaurant Week 2013.
