Fire officers commended for extinguishing bush fire @ Meyers
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Minister for Transportation, Works and Utilities Honourable Kye M. Rymer (R5) has commended Chief Fire Officer Zebalon A. Mclean and his officers for extinguishing a bush fire that was threatening the residence of Mr and Mrs Simon Potter at Meyers Estate, Tortola.

CHALWELL ESTATE, Tortola, VI- A bush fire that could have potentially razed houses, carrying millions of dollars up in smoke, was eventually contained by the quick work of a group of fire officers in Chalwell Estate, on the main island of Tortola, today, January 19, 2017.

BEEF ISLAND, VI - A bush fire which had every potential of growing to a very challenging and damaging stage was quickly tackled by the BVI Fire and Rescue Services at approximately 2:30pm today June 1, 2015.
