Mrs Parsons pleads for help to complete building for Heritage Dancers

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- It may have been her Investiture Ceremony for being honoured with the Order of the British Empire (OBE), but Mrs Eileene L. Parsons was not too proud to use the occasion to make an impassioned plea to Premier Dr The Honourable D. Orlando Smith to help the Heritage Dancers get their building "off the ground".
