NHI healthcare would not be rationed - Dr Irad Potter
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Healthcare referrals for patients requesting overseas treatment will be done on the basis of what is needed and will not be rationed. This is according to Chief Medical Officer, Dr Irad Potter who is also the Chairman of the steering committee of the proposed National Health Insurance scheme in the Virgin Islands.
