Bloomberg TV grills Premier Smith on venturing into Asian market

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Premier and Minister of Finance Dr the Honourable D. Orlando Smith was faced with the notion that the Virgin Islands (VI) is seeking to open an office in Hong Kong, Asia because Governments there are not as strict with tax issues as other countries, a notion Premier Smith vehemently denied.
