We have left the old year behind with promises of New Beginnings but growing fear that we may have dragged the same bad habits & behavior behind us – From EU to America and Middle East to the West Indies we see Promises of Peace by those who intend to deliver War – Seems that corrupt & deceptive Politicians remain convinced they can continue to mistreat us with impunity.

Heroes & She-roes replaced by Empty Promises: Thanks – It has been a while and some have flattered me by saying the last article was so good that it drained me – Not really and with so much wrong happening to our youth, it’s impossible not to see their suffering and feel their pain - With the death of so many friends these past weeks have been very emotional but I’m still on ZROD & ZVCR, Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays.

A Mission to stop Leaders from wasting Young Lives & Golden Opportunities??- Many of you remind me that I spoke of ‘running for Office’ and then went silent on the matter – You are correct that I am not eager to do so… Even with all the attacks, my personal life is a good one… However, my pain comes from seeing the wanton destruction and disenfranchisement of our children by the enforcers of systems and slave laws designed to hinder and not to help.

Too many are wasted ‘just because’ while too few are saved for a ‘just cause’: Again, I am forever thankful for all your support and words of wisdom even when and if we disagree… However, we should all beware that those who fear knowledge will bring us power will continue to hide truth from the youth and justice from people even as they feed their greed via processes and systems designed by themselves to make the rich richer and the poor poorer.

Dissing Martin and Mandela:
As we exit the real Black History Month of August, listeners to my Radio Programme may know Mandela fulfilled my wish by returning home, away from the symbolic confinement of public establishments. You may also know the last weeks of August were filled with new and old sights and sounds of the 50th Anniversary of Martin Luther King’s Civil Rights March on Washington.
