CARROT BAY, Tortola, VI - With just approximately two weeks left for the start of the new school year, no actions have reportedly been taken to rid the Isabella Morris Primary School of the mould infestation that has been plaguing the institution for some time and even forcing disruption of classes and ultimately relocation.
