PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI – Reports are rife today October 15, 2015 that some members of staff of the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) did not receive their salaries and may be paid tomorrow October 16, 2015.

HLSCC closer to accreditation status – Dr Bryan Penn
PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI – It was in the year 2012 that President of the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College Dr karl Dawson had set out on a mission to have the institution become accredited. Today, according to the Acting President Dr Bryan Penn, the college is closer to achieving that goal.

PARAQUITA BAY, Tortola, VI – “Small contractors or any contractors are expected to bid on these contracts for the major road asphalting and overlay over the next two and a half years or so. You have to be ready to be able to engineer, supervise, manage and build a lot of drains and other preparatory work that we have to do.”
