CARROT BAY, Tortola, VI – Veteran fisherman Mr David ‘Tiger’ Smith, a first timer in the Carrot Bay Fisherman's Tournament, walked away with the prize for the Most Catch in category ‘B’ while Melbourne Stoutt took home the prize for Most Catch in category ‘A’.
